Commissions for April!

I have new pricing and commission guidelines for this month.

These rules apply to stream commissions. However, any and all stream commissions will be done in the format of a flat color to cell shading. These are priced flatly @ 20 USD. These will be done on stream (if I can't finish on stream I will do it offline) All stream commissions will have a gradient background. All commissions are paid for by Paypal. No exceptions.
